Omar Awwad focuses on land and property matters, assisting clients with legal procedures related to real estate transactions, land registration, and property transfers in Palestine. His work includes preparing documentation for land ownership registration, handling sale and purchase transactions before the Land Department, and following up on legal procedures required to complete property transfers before the relevant authorities.
Omar has particular experience assisting members of the Palestinian diaspora with land matters, particularly in resolving discrepancies between identification documents and historical land records, including differences in name formats across jurisdictions.
In addition to his real estate practice, Omar has experience in litigation and execution proceedings. He assists in the preparation of legal pleadings before courts and arbitral tribunals, including statements of claim, responses, and legal memoranda.
